SPCC Projects (Pty) Ltd is a company founded in 2020 by Chabedi Chabeli and Chula Ketsekile.
The strategy is to improve and enhance value add financial and engineering services to South African
businesses and Individuals.
Our offices are currently based in Johannesburg with a plan to expand to Mpumalanga, Limpopo, Free State and the Eastern Cape.
Mission:
To efficiently provide excellent services to our clientele and we live this through our slogan - “Excellence Simplified”.

SPCC Projects is owned and managed by a highly skilled and passionate team. Below is a more detailed insight of each of our directors.
Chabedi Chabeli
DirectorChabedi Chabeli is a founding partner of SPCC Projects (Pty) Ltd. He holds a tertiary qualification in human resources with an added passion and a natural skill for sales has seen him hold various sales positions from retail, insurance and food distribution companies, currently holding a position at FNB as a Banker.
Chabedi has over 10 years experience as sales representative for big organizations like Old Mutual and SG convenience His experience with customer relations and food distribution at SG convenience gives confidence that our customers’ needs are understood and therefore attended and improved upon.
Chabedi is multilingual, versatile with strong ethical business acumen, has entrepreneurial and leadership skills, he is an analytical thinker, innovative, assertive, resilient, ambitious, a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Chabedi is also service orientated, and goal driven. Recently he entered into supplying within the engineering field and these services include supplying of goods requested within the industry..
Siphiwe Phakati
Managing DirectorSiphiwe Phakati, is a partner of SPCC Projects (Pty) Ltd, and is CEO of Vendor Vector.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has over 8 years’ experience working in the build environment 7 of those years have been worked as a Project Engineer for Eskom service providers.
Siphiwe has over the years gained skills in Project Management as well as procurement.
His Management skills, including procurement knowledge and ability to negotiate will come highly needed to ensure our customers receive great deals in the market and products are received in good quality and time.
Chula Ketsekile
Finance DirectorChula Ketsekile is a founding partner of SPCC Projects (Pty) Ltd.
Chula is a highly experienced finance professional with over 7 years in the financial services and commercial finance industries. She has a strong background in treasury, banking, and audit, and a deep understanding of various financial regulations, reporting requirements, and risk management. During her time at SizweNtsalubaGobodo Inc., Chula gained valuable experience in Treasury, Banking, and Investments and developed a thorough understanding of compliance with Treasury regulations, balance sheet management, IFRS, Bank Act, PFMA, Company's Act, and Basel III.
In her current role as Business Controller at DSV South Africa, Chula is responsible for supporting management in driving financial strategies for the business unit. She works closely with management, business operations, and the group to ensure the correct reporting of financial statements and monthly management reports. She conducts financial and variance analysis, assesses risks and opportunities for the business, and communicates with stakeholders to provide updates on the business unit's financial progress and possible strategies for improvement.
With her strong skills in financial analysis, reporting, and risk management, Chula is a valuable asset to any finance team. Her hands-on experience and well-rounded background make her an ideal candidate for a variety of finance roles. Whether she is working on financial reporting, risk assessments, or communicating with stakeholders, Chula brings a high level of professionalism and expertise to every project she works on.
